 Customer Service Representative Job Description
Responsibilities include:
  • Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with any questions regarding their wireless cell phone, Blackberry or Air Card.  This includes troubleshooting the device and the set up/provisioning of the device.  Often this includes coordinating our efforts with the service provider and a technician. 
  • Navigating and updating ITMS, logging contacts and researching tickets.
  • Coordinating the efforts of service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators and customers to maintain service expectations.
  • Working directly with Account Managers to resolve client issues.
  • Acts as an intermediary to prevent "up-selling” by Sprint, Telecommunication etc.
  • Take orders, provide order status and tracking services
  • Possibly to include: data entry, administrative support, clerical duties and "other” responsibilities as assigned.
 Requirements of the position:
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass security clearance.
Preferred but not mandatory requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience with Customer Service
  • Experience working with wireless devices
 Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
