Duties will include catering set-up and clean up, conference room set-up and clean-up, mail room responsibilities to include sorting mail, receiveing packages/courriers, etc. as well as back-up reception responsibilites, light cleaning of workspaces, conference rooms and miscellaneous projects.

This position provides various services within a centralized service delivery model, supporting multiple internal clients. The position would work within a local office as well as virtual team environment. Ensure Hoteling services are delivered and completed in accordance with firm recommendations and that local Hoteling program employs firm standards and protocols. Possess a strong overall understanding of quality customer service, a proven track record of working cross functions at various levels, strong business acumen and the ability to work. Ensure client satisfaction and alignment across the region, emphasizing a spirit of cooperation and collaboration. Proactively respond to service levels issues raised by customers or leadership. Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships; Liaise with local operations and client service leadership to ensure efficient space utilization, monitor changing needs of clients and generate direction for service staff. Conduct floor audits, which involves, surveying common areas, conference rooms, Hoteling work-stations, services centers and recommend improvements. Responsible for making/editing profiles, resources allocations, trouble-shooting phone issues etc utilizing the Hoteling software (Navigator and CNC). Maintain file drawers and ensure that the lists are updated. Liaison and coordinate efforts of other support functions as necessary to fulfill client needs. Other duties assigned as needed.

Customer service experience and or some college experience preferred Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with potential to learn new programs quickly.
