We are looking for a Project Manager who can run multiple cross-functional and transformational projects. We need someone with expertise in this area who can thrive managing concurrent projects while working with a global team to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, figuring out the best way to achieve results, and working closely with global teams across multiple time zones.
Provide support on projects and/or work streams focused on HR transformation, operational enhancements, and strategic improvements.
Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and shared services
Develop project plans, drive project schedule, run meetings, collaborate, coordinate across stakeholders, cross teams to commit project goals, timelines and deliverable; track and mange action items, issues and risks; drive change management tasks, activities and coordinate to implement it
Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple workstreams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
Drive large scale, org-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization and close
Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured
Communication - Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular, status updates, minutes of meetings
Project Delivery – Coordinate across global HR stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to launch solutions
Skills: Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of data problems in imaginative and practical ways. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in data collection and analysis.
Six Sigma certification and/or relative project management/process improvement experience
Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee lifecycle
Highly self-sufficient and able to effectively influence all levels of project participants
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills
Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Collaborate across the organization and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think 'outside the box'.
Able to identify opportunities, take initiative and think through future implications.
Forward thinking to identify potential issues and/or risks to be resolved or minimized.
6+ years of management consulting or HR project management experience
Experience working cross-functionally
Project management experience (scoping, meeting facilitation, risk/issue identification and mitigation)
Time management and multi-tasking experience across concurrent priority projects
Experience working across various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration
Knowledge of MS Excel data analysis / manipulation, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and chart creation
