Main Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Make and spray paint panels. Check color. Housekeeping in lab.

Education & Experience Necessary
High school science and algebra are required. The incumbent should have experience in a Technical or Quality Control lab environment, or production painting setting. Attention to detail. Safety oriented. Body shop paint experience would be a plus.

Functional/Technical Expertise Necessary
An understanding, experience and ability to work with a broad range of coating technologies and process equipment is desired. Ability to understand, record and verbalize detailed information accurately is required. Excellent attendance required as well as the ability to work independently. Initiative and strong work ethic are ideal. Must have experience with nonimal computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Exel and Email.

Additional Prescreening Requirements: (1 Mandatory) Education/Formal Training verifications should include contacts made to reported educational institutions and previous employers to verify information contract employee provided. (1 Optional - per Request) Some PPG positions may require certain medical clearance before assignment such those requiring the wearing of respirators. Guidelines for such positions will be provided by PPG.
