SharePoint Developer - Site Administrator

Allstates Consulting Services is seeking a SharePoint Developer - Site Administrator to support our client's long-term project needs in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area).

The SharePoint Developer will support the implementation of enhanced project controls & project management processes within the project management group. The scope of work will include:
  • Design and Develop and Deploy SharePoint Modules, Forms, Site Collections and Interfaces including but not limited to the following key requirements:
  • Build Non-Client Labor Module: Build a module and workflow that will allow automatically generate a non-Client labor not-to-exceed attachment to the Project Approval Letter (PAL) in MS Word.
  • Build a library to link executed contracts: Build a module link executed contracts to Board Authorized Projects and create a library by contract number and project number in SharePoint.
  • Track Allocation Workflow: Create a workflow to allow the Track Allocation Manager to receive a request for a meeting and notification that a Project will need Track Time Scheduled.
  • Asset Management Interface: Create a .CSV file and loader to allow the SharePoint file to be extracted from SharePoint and uploaded to FA Suite Asset Management Module. Also, create a .CSV file upload back to SharePoint that links assets to Projects.
  • Create Grants Module that consist of the following:
    • Update the POD while in DRAFT status by creating a new workflow for Grants
    • Create a SHAREPOINT LIST titled "List of Active Grants " to show the current grants available that are applied to a specific project number with dates
    • Create Summary Page for current Board Authorized Projects that Link to grants associated with each project
    • Create a dynamic view to display projects with the associated grants.
    • Create Grants Subsite/dashboard to display individual grant bio information
  • Monitoring and Reporting site creation: Create a site in SharePoint the houses all
  • estimating, scheduling, and capital related spending
This scope of work includes:
  • As-needed maintenance and updating from the CIP database on SQL Server to SharePoint PODs.
  • As-needed creation of SharePoint 2013 reports and views from SQL queries.
  • As- needed SharePoint site administration, creation, set-up, configuration, website layout, structure and content in SharePoint 2013.
  • As-needed creation of SharePoint 2013 work flows in NINTEX and Visio 2013.
  • As-needed creation of SharePoint Document Libraries, custom views, Web parts, lists, User Profiles, subsites and Mysites in SharePoint 2013.
  • As-needed support for data conversion from Project Origination Document (POD) SharePoint site to the FASuite Capital Planning module.
  • As-needed creation of forms, views and reports for CIP Change Requests.
  • As-needed creation of approval workflows and forms for the CIC and EMT to review and approve Capital Project Requests.
  • Knowledge transfer and tum-over of all documentation to Client Project Controls and Client IT Staff.
  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
  • Must be able to manage complex requirements through requirements gathering, analyses, business processes mapping,
  • Requires 5 years or more of professional experience with focus on designing and deploying SharePoint solutions.
  • 8-10 years of related experience in web software development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 platforms.
  • 5 years experience with general SharePoint Enterprise Portals.
  • 5 years experience with MS SharePoint Configuration / Development & Server Administration.
  • 5 Years Experience with Windows SharePoint Services Development, Customization and Configuration of Web Parts, KP I's, Master Pages, Active Directory Integration, Templates, and Site Definitions.
  • Ability to design workflows, business processes, business intelligence, content types, collaboration, site collections, migration, taxonomy, and knowledge centers.
  • Knowledge of configuration principles for Indexing, Web, Search, and experience building SharePoint dashboards.
