Description: Summary: The main function of a Software Technician is to monitor software errors and perform change activity on an Avaya CS1000 Legacy system. Job Responsibilities: This is an onsite position, the Technician will Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems, making program changes and coordinating activity, program conference bridges for internal customers. Certified in Avaya CS1000 Administration, Call Pilot Administration and programming 5 years experience required Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills Basic ability to work independently and manage one s time

Contract- to -hire
Work Schedule: 8hrs onsite, Mon- Fri standard hours, no OC or OT Systems design specialist/ Programmer, need to be fluent in CS1000 Administration Helpdesk, answer phone respond to emails, good written and verbal communications skills, no physical labor.
