Location: Apex, North Carolina
 equipment associated with the NEC PBX at the customer's site. Other duties include coordinating installation, testing, and troubleshooting of transmission facilities (OC48, T3, T1, and DSO); troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering multiple vendor systems; maintaining system applications; ensuring quality customer service; and providing support to a varied user community; updating daily logs with site specific information; and composing clear and concise reports for customer documentation. The Unified Communications/ Voice Technician is expected to perform his/her duties with minimum supervision, and participate in cross-functional projects as scheduled. Qualifications: 2-4 years experience required on NEC NEAX 2000/2400, SV8100/SV9100, SV8300/SV9300, SV8500/SV9500, AVST/NEC UM8700/UM4730/UM8000, UG50, IP phones, 3rd party SIP, CCIS, FCCS. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
