Product Manager - Fulfillment

As the Product Manager of our Omnichannel fulfillment group, you will play a vital role on a team accountable for creating and implementing differentiated digital strategies, pilots, and offerings to best position our enterprise.  You will work closely with members of the entire Digital organization and with business, operations, and IT leaders from across the organization.  You will focus on executing the plan that will bring the vision for the Omni-Channel fulfillment to life, and thereby helping our customers live healthier lives. 
 
To be successful in this role, you will need to leverage your ability to work within an agile product delivery model and drive the scoping for new digital product concepts. 
This includes:
  • Development of business cases and supporting metrics, the customer journey experience and prototype, business requirements and product specifications alongside the following digital product management partners; creative, technical, and business stakeholders. 
  • Champion the customer's viewpoints by capturing and analyzing feedback from multiple touch points to optimize and ensure a superior customer experience and provide these invaluable insights to our product road map and to continually maintain, optimize and refine product features and positioning. 
  • Work diligently with appropriate partners to develop strategic delivery solutions across all appropriate digital channels
  • Ensure appropriate product testing and oversee user acceptance testing and support go to market planning in order to gain successful customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Work along side analytical team partners, ensure that our success measurement plan is executed, and outcomes are communicated to various constituents.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years in a product development/management role within a corporate digital setting and requires one to multitask.
  • At least 3 years tackling end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic environment with complex order management and fulfillment systems.
  • 3 + years of quantitative skills with the ability to link digital product design and features to strategic objectives while you use hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations to influence senior partners.
  • 2+ years of experience developing products in an Agile Environment.

  • Master's degree
  • IBM Sterling Order Management System.
