SUMMARY
The Human Resources department has a need for a HR Coordinator to support a broad range of administrative duties related to the support of HR Systems and Talent Acquisition.

The ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide broad administrative support to the HR Systems and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Under the direction of the Director of HR Systems, create and manage documents and work within multiple platforms to support of the design, implementation, and launch of a new suite of HR systems.
  • Work directly with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate travel and accommodations.

Other duties and/or projects as assigned:
  • Halftime focused to provide broad administrative support for HR Systems and Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Schedule interviews and support Talent Advisors for other half.

Must have expertise in Outlook - with strong Outlook meeting management experience
  • Proficiency with standard office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Concur desired.
  • Familiarity with LiveLink, SharePoint (Office 365), and Oracle/iProcurement desired.
  • Responsiveness to deadlines, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team effort.
  • Must be available to work on-site in San Rafael, CA.
Skills
  • 5 years of related experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting a large team of people.
  • Previous experience within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
