Customer Engagement Associate

The shifts are pretty typical 1st,2nd, and 3rd shifts for example 6-3, 11-8, 3-12 am. Of course this varies from time to time based on production, that's why the managers say they must be flexible 24 hours.


Math or Chemistry knowledge a plus

Must commit to full time hours through the end of the year.
Customer Support Representatives provide direct customer support and technical support to users of ALEKS and Connect Math hosted by ALEKS products. We provide direct customer support via phone and email. Our customers include instructors, teachers, administrators, students, parents, and fellow employees of MHE.


Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

 High School diploma or equivalent
 Proven customer service/support experience
Ability to work with a team, work closely with mentor during training period
 Ability to listen to customer
 Provide friendly and confident service to customer
 Ability to multi-task utilizing multiple online applications
 Critical thinking skills in order to customize the resolution of customer issues
 Detail-oriented
 Ability to prioritize workload
 Excellent follow-up skills
 Professional customer relationship
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Written test required during interview process)
 Strong communication
 Ability to remain composed during difficult interactions with customers
Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement recommendations
