The right candidate will have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in wireless construction. At least 2 of those years must be as a Site Supervisor or Construction Manager overseeing wireless construction activities to include: green field builds, Line and Antenna installation, site walks with subcontractors, completing close out documents, managing day to day activities at multiple sites in a geographic area. This is NOT a CM position. It is a CS position and pays CS pay.

Company vehicle will be provided, so you must have a valid and clean driver's license. Company cell phone and Laptop provided. Perdiem paid on overnight travel. Expect to be out at least Monday to Friday in the field, could be out several weeks at a time. Some office time is required. You must be able to operate a computer to update and build spreadsheets and customer compliance software. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be able to work in the US for any company, without sponsorship.

Employees at this level are typically responsible for more than 100 sites.
1. Supervises the day-to-day workflow of subordinate construction workers.
2. Coordinates construction scheduling and communication and acts as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays
3. Assigns employees tasks to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality.
4. May direct staff through subordinate 'lead' employees.
5. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders.
6. Performs advanced construction tasks as needed.
7. Reviews and compiles operations records, such as inspection reports and tool, equipment and supply usage, and safety reports.
8. Participates in special projects as required.
