IT Asset Management Analyst

The Sr. Analyst will lead the processing, accounting and tracking of IT hardware/software maintenance and hosting/SaaS spend across the group. The analyst will act as an IT Liaison with Procurement. This position interacts primarily with our vendors, and IT Procurement for process/transactional activity.
• Work within IT purchasing procedures, standards and operational controls for enterprise hardware/software maintenance and hosting/SaaS spend and associated purchased maintenance.
• Coordinate IT purchase requests to Procurement

• Assist in facilitation of expense approval process.
• Assist in maintaining hardware and software asset inventory.

• Ensure alignment of IT expense spend forecasts for the PBM & Retail Segments. Develop a robust monthly IT expense reporting function.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining and process improvements as it pertains to the asset life cycle.
• 3+ years in Accounting/Finance operations positions
• 1+ years working with spreadsheet and database software – MS Excel
• 1+ years working in and supporting an IT technology environment
• 1+ years experience within the Retail and/or Healthcare industries
• Familiarity with IT asset management processes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, key stakeholders, and vendors
• Ability to collaborate with, and meet the needs of, multiple internal stakeholders while effectively interacting and communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities on a simultaneous basis
• Strong financial, analytical and process skills.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical and process improvement skills with exposure to process mapping, and metrics reporting preferred.
• Proven ability to develop analysis and reporting based on IT technology initiatives
• Experience interfacing with IT systems application teams and vendors
• Proficient in MS Office, database, and financial systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field from and accredited four-year college or university (preferred) or equivalent work experience
