Service Support Specialist (HR/ACA)

Provides complex administrative and HR Compliance support in a confidential nature related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), EEO1, and Benefit Compliance for ADP Compliance Center of Excellence. ADP WFN, and Health Compliance) highly preferred.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide complex data entry of all ACA, EEO1, and/or benefit Plan components.
2. Contact and Schedule client meetings and follow-up to gather applicable data.
3. Assist in consulting on TIER I and II questions as it relates to Compliance and internal procedures.
4. Assist in the support of Annual reporting to ensure IRS and EEOC deadlines are met.
5. Sends and receives emailed communications to both internal and external clients
6. Tracks client assignments and progress of outstanding tasks related to each client.
7. Provides online ACA/EEO1 annual filing data entry.
8. Perform all Quality Assurance (QA) procedures as specified in the project outline or client specific request
9. Sends weekly progress report based on client and task assignments
10. Provides support of other repeatable task assigned by Project/Management team
11. PREVIOUS COMPLIANCE RELATED EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE WITH ADP SYSTEMS Workforce Now (WFN) and HEALTH COMPLIANCE.
12. Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
13. Must have ability to work with minimum supervision successfully.
14. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
