Allstates Consulting Services has an immediate opening for a Construction manager in the_Nashville, TN_market. CM must have experience managing subcontract crews in the installation, test and turn up of carrier sites. Must be able to manage multiple crews simultaneously. Recent CM experience is necessary. Must be willing to travel as needed.

Construction/Practice Related Competencies
  • Manages day-to-day field oversite of multiple sub's performing installation, test and turn up of wireless equipment at cell sites.
  • Identifies resources needed that pertain to specific jobs/projects required and assigns them accordingly.
  • Execute scheduling of subcontractors, materials, and job specific details as it pertains to each job.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are abided by and recorded.
  • Perform inspections of all safety gear on a weekly basis.
  • Execute delivery of all updates that pertain to each job/project you are responsible for in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee the quality of work performed by internal and external crews.
  • Perform bid/site walks.
  • Assist in the training of safe climbing techniques and procedures.

  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Create an open and honest relationship with each customer to secure client satisfaction.
  • Open to hearing and acknowledging others ideas and information.

Technical Understanding
  • Possess a general understanding of disciplines related to the implementation of wireless infrastructure.
  • Efficient in MS Office and Internet/Intranet applications.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of our delivery capabilities.

  • Effectively utilizes each crewmember to his/her fullest potential.
