Scope of the Job:
The Claim Data Consultant position provides Client with a competitive advantage in the market by being part of the overall account management team that services commercial customers. This role is responsible for providing our Claim Business Consultants, Internal Business Partners, Agents and Customers with the tools and training needed to operate Client's Risk Management Information Platforms, including RMIS Dimensions, Loss History Analyzer and ClaimView).

As a Customer Claim Data Consultant you are accountable for:
  • Providing world class product support to our clients, producers and internal business partners using RMIS Platforms (Loss History Analyzer, ClaimView, and Dimensions).
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution initiated by our clients and producers through the 800# or rmi-support@chubb.com, and collaborating with the IT system support team to articulate the support or fixes needed to resolve the issue.
  • Representing one face to the customer for their data needs including identifying cross sell opportunities.
  • Providing support and webcast training on new and renewal accounts.
  • Facilitating all aspects of the RMIS Dimensions account activation process, including contract execution, account/user setup, location code development, training coordination, and all other aspects of onboarding new customers/users to the platforms.
  • Learning basic knowledge of the various loss and policy systems that can be accessed to provide customers, agents and internal business partners with claim data information, including Business Loss Runs, Global Loss Runs, Worldview and the Genius Policy Inquiry Loss Run System.
  • Working in a team environment with Underwriters, Loss Control, Claims and IT.
  • Responsible for meeting service standards of a customer focused strategy.
  • Collecting and sharing competitor data with team.

Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • An interest or expertise in data and information systems
  • An awareness and/or strong willingness to learn the Commercial Products and Programs the RMIS Platforms Support
  • Basic knowledge of RMIS platforms and systems
  • Basic understanding of the Claim and Policy Systems that feed the RMIS Platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, training and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & WEBEX as well as other business-related software.
  • Effective priority setting and time management
  • Account assessment and resolution focus.
