Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support software subscription renewals and upsell process.  This is a supporting role primarily responsible for developing renewal and upsell orders, maintaining renewal-based reporting and dashboards, and assisting with the coordination of quarterly renewal plans among other renewal support activities.  
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing the client renewal timeline to include proactive notification to account teams.
  • Research service entitlements, contractual and pricing obligations of existing clients as they approach renewal events
  • Proactively generate a renewal proposal and any applicable re-pricing in the event of volume changes or modification of services
  • Develop a deep expertise in Salesforce to manage the quarterly renewal forecasting and pipeline from week to week
  • Report adherence to expected account management deliverables for our client base on client tiering criteria
  • Deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction during the renewal process
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business discipline.  
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar/related function (e.g. Technology Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Services Renewals Sales/Operations) 
  • Influencing skills to engage internal resources to gather required data and help with account planning
  • Up to 10% travel may be required to attend quarterly team meetings
