Senior Manager of Order Management

The Senior Manager of Order Management leads the Order Management team and ensures effective processing of multi-channel orders. This individual also serves as a subject matter expert within the Digital organization for order management and fulfillment, and provides guidance to Merchandising, Product Management, and other cross functional teams.
Monitor Order Management systems to ensure that orders are flowing through the entire lifecycle and prescribe fixes for any systemic or operational issues that are preventing timely fulfillment, status updates, customer billing, etc.
Ensure that Order Management rules are properly configured and that systemic application of those rules is working as expected.
Oversee small execution team that owns Fraud Review and daily exception management functions.
Provide Operational support for Product Management / Development
Ad hoc research/responses to fulfillment questions surfaced by Digital and extended partner teams within organization and 3rd Party Fulfillment partners. 
Provide expert input to new KPIs and the development of reporting for those new measurements
Strong domain knowledge of eCommerce and Fulfillment domains 
Technical and analytical aptitude to analyze operations and determine where improvements are needed  - ideal candidate will have very strong SQL and Excel skills and Sterling Order Management expertise.
10-15 years of professional experience working in e-commerce, fullfillment, operations, or related IT roles
Ability to synthesize data from various sources and develop insights that drive system and operational enhancements
Working knowledge of Retail business (especially order fulfillment, supply chain and order management)
Prior experience of working with distribution centers, call centers (IT and product managers will be a plus )
Bachelor Degree Required, Masters Degree is a plus
