Inside Sales and Support Representative

We are looking to hire an inside Sales and Support representative who will assist with business development efforts in support of the Sales Team. This will include customer profile research, specific contact identification, and messaging & collateral to assist in the advancement of the sales cycle. Ideal candidates will have experience with technology-based solutions, possess strong relationship building capabilities in enterprise customer environments, and have a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Team on opportunities from demo to close
  • Proactively look for upsell opportunities within an account
  • Update status and documentation on opportunities in various stages of the sales cylce
  • Assist with Proposals, RFP's, Quotes and preparation documents
  • Assist with retention, renewals and new sales within current accounts
  • Support post sale hand-off activities to implementation and support teams
  • Create custom messaging, leverage existing collateral, blogs and other sales material to accelerate sales activity
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree
3-5 years experience in positioning technology solutions (preferably SaaS solutions),
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
