Systems Support Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to support desktops, phones, mobile devices, VPN, Citrix Receiver, Office and desktop applications, wireless connectivity, video conferencing, etc.
S/he will:
Create desktop/laptop/Citrix build processes for domestic /global sites
Perform software distribution and patch management to Windows PC's, laptops, and Citrix servers
Maintain and order supplies, equipment and accessories
Provide orientation & end user training for client technologies
Quickly respond to technical support requests
Document, track and monitor progress on issues to reduce/eliminate future incidents
24/7 support and extended support hours where necessary
Required Skills:
Proficient in Windows 7, Windows 8.x, Windows 10, Office 20XX, MAC OS, iOS and mobile technologies

Experience in Citrix/Active Directory environments
Experience with Project Management and deploying new technology based upon business needs
Image builds experience using Ghost/VMWare or like technologies
Microsoft SCCM, LANDesk, LabTech, VBScript and PowerShell
Ability to work independently without oversight 
Bachelor's Degree and/or Microsoft Certifications
3+ years in a fast paced environment
Financial Industry experience is ideal
Intermittent travel to other offices as needed
