We have a great opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join the Onboarding team in our client's Florida office. The Onboarding Project Manager is part of the entire project lifecycle, including pre-sale solution design and definition, configuration and implementation. This position works closely with customers and internal departments to ensure successful deployment of solutions on time and within scope. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a growing team and to help develop processes and efficiencies as their offerings evolve.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams as well as prospects to help design integration solutions.
  • Interpret and transform customer requirements into project plans, and deliver requirements documentation and presentations to internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings with internal and external project stakeholders for project progress tracking.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity with high level of customer focus, and drive them to successful completion.
  • Track projects and tasks through internal ticketing system, while working closely with implementation engineers on assignments; Identify and resolve conflicts within the project team..
  • Work with customers to guide them and educate them on system configuration through product user interface.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Complete internal solution certification and assist in user acceptance testing.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders and escalate to senior management when appropriate.
  • Log work and provide forecasting and project status updates to management.
  • Collaborate with team to improve processes and provide feedback to product team to help improve customer applications.
  • An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' project management experience with 3 years in a technical environment, preferably SaaS software implementation.
  • Prior experience in successfully managing large-scale customer implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp up and communicate on new technology.
  • Experience interfacing with customers at all levels and driving customer meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability in applying project management discipline and structure within an evolving organization.
  • JIRA/Confluence experience a plus.
  • PMP Certification a plus
