Software Compliance Auditor

Working under moderate direction; the Compliance Process Auditor supports the CMMI certifications for Global Technology products. Perform administrative and clerical duties for the Technology Standards Compliance Manager. Including, but not limited to, managing the calendar, taking meeting minutes, collecting appraisal data and reporting on budget and appraisal risks. In addition to the general administrative duties, the Compliance Process Auditor will perform specialized functions as it relates to the Standards Compliance team.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts Compliance reviews and audits on project activities to ensure they are in-line with Standard Project Processes, CMMI, NASPL and additional standards and best practices.
  • Review work products for adherence to process and standards.
  • Prepare reports for project teams related to their reviewed performance against the applicable processes and standards.
  • Tracks metrics related to project and process performance.
  • Works with project teams to resolve deviations from the Standard Project Process.
  • Be productive in unfamiliar process and support areas with only minimal assistance.
  • Act as a general champion and mentor of process improvement initiatives
  • Effectively interfaces with other organizations of the company and acts as a liaison or contact point on both technical and non-technical matters.
JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Has an understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and Software Requirements Management.
  • Project Management
  • Experience in Software Process Auditing
  • HIGH Proficiency in English, verbal and written
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Proficient in MS Project Office, MS Project Plan
