Our Client is seeking a Channel or Partner Marketing Manager to help drive demand through their network of partners that resell, promote, and offer value added services for their SaaS platform and product lines. The right candidate will have experience in running similar programs at similar cloud software companies, managing day to day conversations and activities with our partners' marketing teams, execute co-marketing activities, and enabling partners with content, messaging, and other assets to help enable their sales teams and take Client's messaging to market. Your ultimate goal will be to increase pipeline and revenue through our channel.
Summary of primary responsibilities:
  • Define standard marketing programs for different types of partner engagements, across different segments and types of partners or channels
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Partner teams to develop relationships with key marketing contacts at our partner organizations
  • Drive, and jointly design, develop, and execute marketing strategies and plans with partner marketing contacts to help enable sales and drive demand, in support of our shared goals
  • Be accountable for and report internally to the Marketing and Partner organizations on, executed co-marketing campaign results
  • Collaborate cross functionally with strategic partners on thought leadership activities including events, webinars, press releases, white papers, etc.
  • Assist the Partner team in creating compelling stories and content to educate prospects and customers on use cases tied back to our integrated offerings or joint customers
  • Develop a channel partner portal and maintain a marketing toolkit for our global Channel partners, as well as provide resources and best practice support through the Channel partner portal.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of SaaS/Cloud partner marketing experience
  • Experience in implementing channel marketing programs
  • Bachelor's in Business or Marketing (MBA considered an asset)
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with SalesForce, Marketo and other marketing technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and management skills to work effectively cross-functionally, and ability to manage laterally
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, very dynamic organization
  • Ability for up to 20% travel
  • Work Location preferably Fort Myers, FL, or Boston (Waltham), MA
  • Preferably has relevant industry or product experience desired – speech or text analytics/technology, contact center, analytics or business intelligence, big data, software platforms, APIs, cloud SaaS/PaaS
