he Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of an Enterprise software implementation with multple project interdependencies.  S/he will work with stakeholders and supporting staff (Manager of CIS, Director, Application Development, Telecommunications Analyst, Business Analyst) and other resources as needed.  S/he will provide leadership to the development team in meeting project deliverables with quality and consistency, and effectively execute tasks in a timely manner.  Candidates will define and manage overall Scope of the project, Change Management, Risk Management, Budget Management, Communication, Requirements Gathering & Documentation, Vendor Review & Coordination, Vendor Selection & Contract Negotiation, Implementation Planning, Testing Management, Weekly Project Meetings, and Project Documentation Maintenance 

  •  Experience in large complex implementation of software deployment
  •      Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar Project Management certification.
  •  Bachelor's Degree in an industry related field with combination of education and experience
  •  4-7 years of experience in successfully managing projects involving software development, voice systems, telecommunications and call centers
  •  Strong understanding of voice systems, call center systems and telecommunications
  •  Customer Service experience or Utility industry experience
  •  Attention to detail, budget, and deadlines
  •  Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  •  Able to execute multiple key initiatives under tight deadlines
  •  Experience creating and managing the Project Management Plan
  •  Expert within MS Project managing multiple projects with resource driven, critical path management and earned value scheduling methodologies.
  •  Proficient in MS Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint
  •  Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance
