We have a great opportunity for a Hybrid Office Manager to work for a high-tech company based in Waltham, MA.  This person will have responsibilities ranging from general office administrative duties to support of executives, as well as exposure to Accounting and HR.  The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality will be required.  The company is also planning to move locations close by, and this person will be heavily involved in the organization, coordination and facilities aspects of the move.  Candidates should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and have particularly strong excel skills.  The successful candidate is someone who 
can think on their feet quickly, self-manage, and be given a couple of different things at the same time and know how to prioritize them.  The salary max on this position is $50K.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a creative problem-solver looking to grow within a thriving business. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and managing the office and it’s needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive’s calendars, expense reports and travel
  • Ordering office supplies, business cards and kitchen items for the office
  • Audit T&E
  • Filing
  • Assisting with vouching and purchase orders
  • Manage mail distribution including sending Fedex packages
  • Greeting and assisting visitors upon arrival and maintain office condition
  • Manage corporate travel programs
  • Marketing support
  • HR and G&A assistance
  • Facilities support
  • Special projects as needed
Required Skills & Qualification:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel power point and Outlook)
  • Possess strong organization, follow up and resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
  • Passionate self-starter that is resourceful, a quick learner and a team player
  • Excellent and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge using Concur is a Plus
