The User Experience Lead serves as the key point of accountability for UX efforts (Research, Design, Prototyping) on multiple projects. Ideal candidates possess strong proficiency with wireframing / prototyping software (e.g., Axure, Balsamiq), and familiarity or basic understating of web-based technologies and tools (e.g., CSS style guides,). Successful candidates will advocate for user-centered design approaches and contribute to a dynamic team environment through collaboration, experimentation, agility, and vigorous inquiry, while maintaining high expectations and attention to detail. S/He will participate in the creation and evolution of design systems and best practices that account for user needs and context, while reinforcing brand values and standards. This opportunity requires strong communication skills, organization, time management and interpersonal skills ,as well experience in conducting end user research and interviews.
S/he will:
  • Ensure adherence to UX guidelines across projects.
  • Inform UX resource allocation during ideation, prioritization, development, and quality assurance phases of projects.
  • Plan and serve as facilitator or observer for UX research and testing efforts.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis.
  • Report research findings to stakeholders and Translate findings into design solutions.
  • Create artifacts that include personas, journey maps, user workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, within project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced UX activities.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, psychology, human factors, social sciences or related field or 5 years of User Experience work experience required
