Job Purpose
Working with a variety of internal clients and partners, the incumbent is responsible for the implementation of components of assigned Alcon division and Client group projects and initiatives in talent management, leadership and organization development. Work will focus on the JEDI initiative for Alcon, ensuring successful implementation across all locations and work streams through expert change management support.
Major Accountabilities - Assigned work may include:
Support the delivery of and manage components of the change plan as aligned with all JEDI work streams
Drive the preparation, running and follow up of all change management events
Facilitation of workshops and initiatives through a combination of live and virtual sessions as required
Assist with building a community of capable change leaders at region and country level
Assist with the design of training materials, scenarios, and combinations of live and virtual sessions to build skills by country and division
Provide strong coaching and consulting to project teams and/or HR Business Partners involved in change to enable them to work together effectively and support the change and escalate any issues
Collaborating with Group TM/OD team members and TM/OD colleagues in other Client divisions on group-wide TM/LD/OD and HR capability building projects the incumbent will:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal/influencing skills in dealing with all levels of management.
Recommend solutions to issues, which require detailed interpretation and conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications.
