ACTUAL JOB TITLE: Senior Global Pharma Marketing Contractor

General Summary:
The Senior Global Pharma Marketing Contractor, Global Marketing will play a key leadership role in developing the go-to-market strategy for launch as well as developing the brand campaign, material and tactics aligned with global strategy to support the launch of Ozanimod in MS in multiple countries.

This position will partner with regional marketing leaders/teams to ensure that the global strategy is aligned, developed through market insights and is actionable across various geographies. As a member of the cross functional global team, strong partnership and collaboration with market research, medical affairs, market access, regional commercial teams, corporate affairs, finance and partner agencies is key.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of global strategic planning to address key market, customer and competitive dynamics. Lead development of the global brand plan in collaboration with cross functional team members.
• Lead all aspects of the development of the launch campaign, message platform, global initiatives, promotional material and assets (including digital).
• Partner with medical to develop and implement a series of global commercial advisory boards to gain insights from customers that will inform strategic planning and global initiatives.
• In partnership with market research and insights lead, identify key market research needs and ensure a comprehensive global market research plan is in place, implemented and evolved as needed.
• Support optimal launch across markets through the organization of cross functional and cross regional meetings that facilitate best practice sharing, strategy updates, and launch of key global initiatives.
• Lead all aspects of multiple agency partnerships.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• 4 year degree from an accredited college or university required; Bachelor of Science preferred; MBA would be a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry required.
• Proven track record across multiple launches - global launch experience highly desirable
• Individual should have proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across marketing competencies, Client values and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategically, driving performance and fostering collaboration.
• Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, regional partners, embracing teamwork and project management within a cross functional environment will be critical.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with regards to market research, competitive data collection analysis, financial analysis and crystallization of key business insights are needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance are required.
• Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
