Description/Comment:Duties may include maintaining ongoing relationships, providing support and resolving problems for customers. Assisting in studies to determine customer incentives and developing and preparing proposals for customer leads. Additional duties may include distributing mail, filing, faxing, copying, and processing forms, typing, preparing reports and auditing documents.

Additional Job Details:Rate not to exceed $15.45. Candidates will be assisting UPS Small Pack Peak Customer Service Tracking calls. Must have Good customer service and basic computer skills. Orientation for class will be conducted on Friday October 12 from 0900-1100. Candidates must be available for 10 days of training without exception from 0900-1730 from October 15 - October 26. Candidates will need to be available to work 3 Saturdays in Dec, from 10am - 6:30pm.
