Supply Chain Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of on-going projects and serves as liaison between SCM Project Management, project team, and line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer/partner satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project mangers, line mangers and customers/partners.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the principal outcomes [5-7] of the role)
Leading the efforts of Pharmaceutical Operations in the U.S. to launch, transfer, divest or prune the manufacturing and/or packaging of new or existing products into, or out of, our local production facilities or US market as the project team leader. Act as liaison with Client AG and/or other CSO's related to these projects.
Developing product launch or transfer plans, meeting agendas and summaries, timelines and action plans. Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of on-going projects, goals and objectives. Leading cross-functional project teams, assigning action items, raising and resolving related issues and following up to ensure a successful conclusion. Developing and managing tools for monitoring and reporting project progress.
Reviewing the product portfolio to recommend products / SKU's for pruning. Coordinating the product discontinuation activities as the process owner and champion for Client Pharmaceuticals in the U.S.
Provides technical and Supply Chain related input to ESO goals and objectives. . Responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal (FDA, DEA, EPA, OSHA), State and local regulations and adherence to all company policies and procedures relating to Good Manufacturing Practices, Health, Safety & Environmental Protection, etc.
