Description/Comment:Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems. Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.

Additional Job Details:Rate not to exceed $15.00 per hour. Candidate will support our Workforce Management Team. The expectations will include monitor operation work flows, schedules, break and lunch times. Responsible for generating and updating schedules and completing tasks in multiple systems, including intermediate level Excel use. Some analysis required, as well as interaction with operations contacts to notify of adherence and compliance issues.
