JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Review all Federal RFPs, proposals and purchase orders in assigned region and interface with Sales and Pricing to produce compliant bid responses. · Coordinates the processing of orders with Customer Administration. · Work to ensure federal sales have the tools to succeed such as adding additional products and services to enhance Ricoh’s GSA offerings. · Acts as a Ricoh Representative in Coalition for Government Procurement Imaging Equipment Committee. · Manages Federal Compliance for various federal contracts and agencies i.e- o Lockheed Martin—US Army Corp of Engineers o General Services Administration (GSA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) o Defense Logistics Agency o US Department of Homeland Security o US Army National Guard and Reserve o etc · Perform training for federal sales teams as it pertains to federal government contracting. · Work directly with federal contracting to perform purchase order modifications. · Performs training as it pertains to GSA Order Management. · Creates and maintains manuals for both Ricoh Federal Sales and GSA Order Management. · Works with Ricoh University on curriculum for new federal sales professionals.· · Manage special projects as needed. MANAGEMENT OF RICOH REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: · Manages Ricoh’s System for Award Management (SAM) registrations · Work cross-functionally with various departments within Ricoh to ensure the completion and accuracy of required Service Contract Reporting · Reviews federal solicitations to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. · Works with IFF Reporting Group, GSA Order Management and Sales Administration to help ensure accuracy of Ricoh’s required IFF reporting back to GSA. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) BS degree in Business or related with some experience and/or education in the legal field Minimum 5-7 years experience in Contracts ideally with the U.S. Govt. and with major Prime contractors Experience as Federal Contracting Officer preferred Proficient with MicroSoft Office applications (strong PC Skills)

***Position is for a Federal Contracts Administration Manager*** The Federal Contract Manager will administer the pre and post sale process in assigned regions and contracts by ensuring compliance with the requirements necessary to provide products and services to the federal government-specifically validating compliance with all GSA regulations as well compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and related legal requirements. The Manager, Federal Contracts Administration has the discretion to adjust proposal language and to direct the federal sales professional on PO language changes post award through formal federal PO modification processes. The Manager, Federal Contracts Administration acts as part of the face of the Ricoh Federal organization in regard to various means of communication and negotiations with the United States Federal Government. The Manager, Federal Contract Administration acts as the point of contact support and guidance for RFQs, proposals, Statements of Work and Contract Awards/Purchase Orders
