***This job req is subject to overtime discounts (0.95x exempt; 1.35x non-exempt) and a 10% discount after six months of service***
Minimum Wage to Contractor: $55/hour

Location: 100% onsite in Centennial, CO (Denver suburb). Put candidate location at the top of the resume.
Duration: 8 month contract.
Interviews: 2-3 rounds. 1st rounds will be over the phone. Final round will be in person.

Role Purpose:
As a member of the Global Project Management team, the Deployment Project Manager supports the End User Services work stream within the Project Management organization.
The main responsibility of this position will be to create the infrastructure and roll out the deployment to upgrade OS and other applications on end user workstations with no or minimum disruption to their day to day functions.
The Deployment Project Manager’s job includes a number of standard activities that a Project Manager must lead or perform on a project.
Planning, scheduling, tracking, communicating & controlling
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
Single Point of Contact for all project related items.
Manage medium to large OS / O365 Deployment Projects
Ownership of the solution to be delivered throughout the duration of the defined project time line
Organizing consulting and deployment resources to meet the project requirements
Actively planning and tracking project progress.
Communicating and updating all client and internal stakeholders
Proactive management of risks, actions and issues
Organizing documentation, testing and training.
Securing the quality of service of the Project
Securing successful Upgrade of workstations
Ensures timely processing of all transactions
Ensures prompt and accurate billings and financial tracking
Escalation point for team leads/service streams
Ensures the team works within guidelines for internal and external audit
Escalation management and problem solving
Critical Skills:
Strong Project Management skills & Client presence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of EUS environment, Operating Systems and applications (Win7, Win 10, O365, etc.)
Experience in deploying Windows 10 OS
Ability to manage all client interaction and client communication
Ability to co-ordinate multiple and dissimilar activities simultaneously Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and internal work groups to maintain top quality of work
Results focused; solid organizational and time-management skills.
Extremely focused on meeting deadlines
Experience in the field of customer service and outsourcing
Good project management skills and knowledge of service delivery methodologies
Being able to work in a fast-cycle, fast-paced, dynamic environment, where changes occur on a daily basis
Qualifications:
PMP / Prince 2 / ITIL preferred
Prior Windows 10, O365 project experience required
Deployment Project and Transition experience
Capable with Project Management tools (i.e. MS Project, IT Service Management Tools)
Understanding of ITIL Process – Preferred (ITIL Foundation Certification)
