Description/Comment:General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Details:PAY RATE NOT TO EXCEED $16.00/HOUR Job Description: - Need people who are UPS compliant and ready to go!!! - Need temporary workers for basic admin and clerical work in an office environment. - Job tasks include: scanning, data entry, faxing, printing, doc receipt and assembly, and filing. - Must work well in team environment. Computer Skills: - Applicants must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Dress Code: - Business casual dress code strictly enforced. See below. ****UPS Personal Appearance Guidelines**** MEN: Polo shirt or Collared shirt only. Shirt should be neatly tucked in at all times. Hairstyles should be worn in a businesslike manner. Hair should not cover any part of the eyes. Hair should not extend below the upper half of the ear, nor below the top of the shirt collar in the back. Sideburns must be neatly trimmed and should not extend below the bottom of the ear. A mustache must be neatly trimmed and should not extend below the corners of the mouth. Except for mustaches described above, employees are to be clean shaven. No beards or goatees are allowed. Body piercing and tattoos must not be visible. Appropriate jewelry may be worn such as a watch and ring. Visible orthopedic braces or other support devices must be professional in appearance. WOMEN: Hairstyles should be worn in a businesslike manner, with natural like hair coloring if dyed. Hair should not cover any part of the eyes. Body piercing and tattoos must not be visible. Earrings are allowed, but only one earring per ear is permitted. Appropriate jewelry may be worn such as a watch and ring.
