Job Summary:
• Liaise between Guidance Center (GC) Leadership, Market Teams, Workplace Solutions (WPS), Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE for significant facilities buildouts, renovations and closures.
• Escalate and track urgent and emergency facility work orders, IT and security issues impacting GC operations.
• Liaise with Marketing and Programs to ensure messaging content is created for audio visual equipment/media players and signage.
• Create presentations and/or communications for recommendations of GC test initiatives, test results or requests for release of capital for the construction, relocation or renovation of Guidance Centers.
• Draft communications to Local Managers on matters affecting the operations of the Guidance Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
• New builds:
Attend weekly project call(s) to ensure buildouts are on track. Work with assigned PM to track takeaways and responsible parties, follow up as necessary.
Assist in site selection timelines and process (attends site visits, document BU perspective/photos, bring attention to areas of concern, gather and be aware of approval deadlines affecting overall projects).
With support from leadership steward concept design phase, approvals of capital and next steps in the build out process.
Partner with WPS leader to bring timelines and deadlines to the attention of BU leader with plans for next steps.
Lead WPS Call every other week to ensure alignment on processes and next steps as well as document status of all projects and review upcoming lease actions and d.
Work with PM and GC to identify punch list items and complete to local team's satisfaction. This requires traveling to meet PM, GC and local manager for walk through and conducting weekly calls until all issues are resolved.

• Renovations:
Attend weekly project call(s) to ensure renovations are on track. Work with assigned PM to track takeaways and responsible parties, follow up as necessary.
With support from leadership steward concept design phase, approvals of capital and next steps in the build out process (bring attention to areas of concern, gather and be aware of approval deadlines affecting overall projects).
Partner with WPS leader to bring timelines and deadlines to the attention of BU leader with plans for next steps.

• Decommissions/ Closures:
Attend weekly calls with PM, Decom Mgr. and MAC Planner to ensure smooth closure process through handoff of keys.
Report back any major barriers or issues and work with assigned PM, Decom Mgr. or MAC Planner to route requests.

• Redesign (Prototype) Implementation:
Engage in redesign/prototype output discussions to validate vision implementation in partnership with WPS, Market Team and GC Strategy Consultants.
Work with marketing to vet technology in connection with new AV elements in prototype conceptual design.
Evaluate the impact, return and cost presented by work process improvement opportunities, participate in business planning, demand analysis, and business risk assessment.
 
Bachelors Degree, 6 plus years experience.
