PART TIME (POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR FULL TIME ONCE HIRED)

TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY, BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND ATTENDANCE. ARIZONA STATE TEHCNICIAN LICENSE OR TECHNICIAN IN TRAINING LICENSE REQUIRED. ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATE AS LONG AS THEY HAVE EITHER LICENSE.

HOURS: Flexible within first shift hours.7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday (NOTE: Please submit candidates desired schedule with submittal comments).
DRESS CODE: Business Casual

The candidates that interview and are selected can start as soon as they are available with completed screenings. WE DO ONT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL JUNE TO START THEM! In speaking to the HL, with the pay rate being so low, I told him that our best course of action, targeting Pharm Techs with the Training license, due to the entry level qualifications they would have.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Clinical Services team has openings for PART TIME Pharmacy Technicians to work in a call-center environment with a team-oriented, positive culture. In this role you will:

• Take inbound calls from Pharmacy members regarding their prescription orders
• Answer questions and resolve issues regarding mail order pharmacy inquiries
• Calls will include interaction with not only members, but follow up calls to physician offices and hospitals as well
• Meet metrics set by the department
• Facilitate positive service and pharmaceutical outcomes

Average daily call volume will be approximately 50 calls per day (approximately 80 at full time). Arizona state license required, if the candidate is a Pharmacy Technician. Not required if they have their Pharm Tech in Training license. Call center experience is desired.
