Position Details (Day to Day Work – “Job Description”):
· Performs analysis on Telecom and Mobile data / device usage. Utilizes analytical skills and working technical knowledge in order to provide more-complex troubleshooting, usually
Independently
· Performs work directly with corporate approved Telecom and Mobile service providers
· May perform mobile activations or support the activation process
· Oversees and supports our service providers in improving the customer experience for ordering, receiving, provisioning, and activation of new mobile equipment and equipment
· Responds to more-complex technical requests through discussions with client while adhering to documented departmental and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) procedures
· Leads resolution to identify, isolate, and diagnose more complex mobile incidents
· Receives, reviews, and validates monthly billing from service providers
· Participates in projects that impact the department
· Responsible for maintaining support documentation leveraged by the Mobile help desk to support and troubleshoot mobile technologies used within the different lines of business
· Map, Evaluate and maintain process flow documentation related to mobile solutions
· Uses a Service Management system for incident tracking to record, maintain, and close client requests according to service level agreements
· Continuously look for and execute on opportunities to improve service and the user experience
· Assists in other departmental duties when resources are out of the office
Position Requirements (Required Skills):
- Minimum – 2 year degree in Business or Telecommunications
- Data analysis and reporting using Excel
- Experience working with cellular Carriers, and / or Telecom Service Providers
- Understanding of mobile device usage
- Analytical thinking and the ability to be creative in process development
- Self lead, motivated individual
Work Location (City/State): Allentown, PA

Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
Will this consultant work Over Time? Possibly on rare occasion but generally overtime will not be required
