Responsibilities and Duties: • Attend the reception desk, receiving visitors and distributing company event tickets, publications, etc. • Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls • Issue security badges, manages badge log and monitors visitor access • Manage conference and training room calendars, assists in room reservations and conflicts • Create local communication pieces for associate events and programs • Create agendas for and take minutes at team meetings • Order and receive catering for meetings • Provide support to fellow team members as needed • Perform general administrative office and clerical support

Attend the Reception Desk; operate the telephone switchboard, answering incoming calls and complete a variety of administrative duties. Education, Knowledge & Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (required) • Exceptional people and phone skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional personal presentation • Current driver’s license (ability to run occasional errands)
