Pay Rate: -                                           $25/ hr on W2

Identify pricing process and system improvements and drive the implementation of final solutions
• Train colleagues on process and system enhancements as needed.
• Work with the supervisor to design and implement a global pricing contract management process and supporting system
• Drive special projects as assigned, primarily in support of intercompany and customer pricing and invoicing requirements
• Support the daily pricing adjustments process for quotations, orders and invoices
• Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and implement solutions with the team
• Process invoice adjustments for pricing discrepancies when needed and drive the corresponding root cause elimination effort
• Work with the supervisor to maintain the appropriate QSI standard operating procedures and Microsoft Word format job instructions relating to pricing
• Support administration of list pricing conditions and pricing hierarchies, including newly commercialized product pricing

Education and/or Experience:

• B.A./B.S. degree preferred
• 5+ years business experience in pricing administration, customer service, accounting
• SAP system experience required ( SAP,).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Good math aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving/investigative ability
• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database reporting, Internet & eMail
• Effective written and oral communications
• Successful with cross-functional teams • Self-motivated to meet aggressive project timelines • Adept at juggling multiple priorities • Flexible to changing business priorities • Highly organized and accurate • Strong interpersonal skills
