The CSR position requires a high degree of professionalism; strong organizational, communication, and computer skills; and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The right candidate will display a friendly/helpful demeanor to; customers, vendors and fellow employees. SAP KNOWLEDGE is extremely preferred.
