Main tasks & responsibilities 1. Provides support for compensation cycle through Salary and Incentive planning, eSalary and eSTI. 2. Develops and produces compensation statements and communications. 3. Assists with Job Evaluations using the Hay methodology. 4. Performs analysis on compensation ad hoc requests, issues or projects. 5. Supports HR Systems data review, audit and clean up.

Job Title: Compensation & HR Systems Analyst/Contractor Minimum Qualifications: • Detail oriented with strong statistical/data analysis experience • Flexible, ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, managing to due dates and timelines • Excellent interpersonal skills; clear ability to communicate transparently and escalate issues as needed • Strong computer skills, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, SAP HR a plus
