Bachelors' degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience required Three + years of experience in IT service delivery Ability to translate computer/IT terms and concepts into meaningful business-oriented concepts for effective communication with management peers Ability to establish and maintain a high level of client trust and confidence in the group's knowledge of and concern for client's needs Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and terminology Excellent business acumen versed in IT disciplines and processes Proficiency in understanding, managing and resolving complex IT issues Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Provide regional (North and Latin America) representation of IT self-service tools related to user administration and IT service requesting; including, but not limited to: answering questions about IT policies, processes and procedures, troubleshooting problems with the tools, and teaching or instructing co-workers regarding the tools. Provide support and consulting on IT self-service tools. Collaborate closely with respective corporate teams and seek opportunities to provide a higher quality of service with the tools. Periodic review of service request articles. Regional end-user training and communications program for the user administration and service requesting tools. Non standard software and hardware order management.
