CANDIDATE MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Temporary project through AEP season.


Involves filing paperwork, preparing and processing incoming and outgoing mail for proper distribution, mail pick up, and other minor clerical duties, work without PC, Ability to perform repetitive operations according to established procedures, operating knowledge of adding machine; fax machines and printers, ability to operate weighing and postage machines, Basic computer skills and knowledge of internet, Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent required. MS Word, Excel and Power Point is needed.
Fast paced environment. Must be able to lift of to 20 lbs, as part of this project will be cleanup and archive of records.
