Shift: PART TIME WORK (20 hours per week - 9am to 1pm, M-F). The candidate may have more hours if another tech is out on vacation, ill, leave, etc. FYI.

Job Description:

We are actively seeking to fill a PART TIME Technician position, working at our Fort Lauderdale location. In this role, the successful candidate will provide technical service support:

Hardware: diagnostics, troubleshooting and parts replacement on laptops, desktops and servers.
Software: installation, configuration, and problem resolution in pc/network environment.
Required: Bilingual. Excellent understanding of the customer service business; 2+ years previous hands-on deskside support experience; Experience replacing desktops/laptops components. CompTIA, A+; 6 major OEM platform certifications - Dell, Client, Toshiba, Samsung, ASUS and Lenovo
Desired: CompTIA Server+; AS degree in Electronics or Computer Science, related military/technical training or equivalent experience. Apple certification.
Responsibilities include: Install and implement connectivity and high-end systems products. Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems. Perform repair and parts replacement on desktops/laptops/tablets (some printers and servers).
Monitor and document daily service activity. Demonstrate excellent customer service and customer interaction (via phone, e-mail, IM and face to face). In this position, you will manage continuous improvement of service delivery, your schedule (demonstrate excellent time management) and your interaction with other departments. You will need to attain working knowledge of both routers and switches in local area networks and wide area networks. You must have a clear understanding of active directory utilizing group policies and SCCM. You must be proficient with Microsoft applications, Windows 10 and Server 2012.
You should have positive, constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in team environment.
Working schedule M-F, 9:00AM and 1:00PM.
