 Ultimately looking for someone with reconciliation experience, as that is 80% of the job duties.
Job Description:
The position primarily supports and performs reconciliations, research, analysis and ad hoc reporting to functional team responsible for recording and reporting activities for the following accounts:  Cash, Liability, Intercompany and Fixed Assets.  This position provides support for period-end close requirements as well as internal and external audit requirements.
Job Duties: 
·    Provide support to functional analysts' research and resolve discrepancies for intercompany, disbursements, expenses and cash functions
·    Perform reconciliation work for intercompany, accounts payable and cash accounts accurately and in accordance with GAAP and company policies
·    Support all aspects of Fixed Assets processing and financial reporting
·    Assist with period-, quarter- and year-end close responsibilities to ensure adherence to reporting deadlines
·    Facilitate with division contacts to ensure transactions are accurately recorded in general ledger in a timely manner
·    Coordinate intercompany transactions between division contacts and functional teams
·    Proactively anticipate potential issues to mitigate undesired outcomes
·    Support internal and external audit requirements
·    Assist with ad –hoc reporting and special projects as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
·    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and at least three years of experience
·    PeopleSoft experience a must, SAP experience preferred
·    Must be organized and able to self-manage tasks simultaneously
·    Self-directed but can work well as an effective team member in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
