 Job Description:     Role Responsibilities
•Document and record meeting minutes and action items for meetings with team and customers. 
•Work with action items owners to ensure action items are completed on time. 
•Create CDRL deliverables from meeting minutes according to a DID. 
•Format, edit, and review as appropriate CDRL documents for delivery. 
•Utilize Data Management Tools such as (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to support program needs. 
•Position requires the ability to learn new tools and use them including SharePoint, SharePoint based tools and Sunflower. 
•Must be able to accurately manage (enter/modify) data and provide reports utilizing tools. 
•Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
•Develop and maintain program processes and documentation as required.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 2 years industry experience in a Data/Configuration Management role
•Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles as they apply to both Hardware and Software
•Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
•MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint experienced user.
•Previous experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense customers.
•Clearance: FAA Clearance required
