 Day to Day Work:
·         Responsible for installation, integration and service of both company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
·         Responsible for achieving strong client satisfaction.
·         Maintains a thorough understanding of company service solutions.
·         Functions as integration project leader when assigned. Verifies that proposed as well as existing client hardware/software configurations can function per requirements.
·         Must be client's focal point for any project related issue(s).
·         Fully qualified field engineer.
·         High degree of troubleshooting.
