 Technical Specialist I - Kronos will help drive growth and make a positive contribution to the business and delivery teams. Bring subject matter expertise and be responsible for production support root cause analysis and solutions design around Kronos application.  
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business, and IT teams along with vendors to optimize system configuration, function and access.
  • Evaluates Kronos problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities. 
  • Tests the system, including any configurations, customizations and new releases, prior to production implementation.
  • Identifies system enhancement requests and works with the team to communicate them to the vendor.
  • Position may require participating in meetings outside of normal business hours including occasional evenings and/or weekends.
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment setup
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:   3-5 years working experience as a Kronos Support Analyst
        
Education:   Bachelor's in Information Systems/related field or 5 years professional IT work experience
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Kronos Time & Attendance and Labor scheduling modules.
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices/best practices; 
  • Knowledge of interfaces/integrations with other HCM systems like Workday/PeopleSoft is desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
