Alright gang, let's show "The Hive" that we can fill Creative positions!!

Humana's creative department operates as an agency and they are called "The Hive". In fact the head of the department's title is "Queen Bee!" While they are part of Humana and Corporate Humana is their customer, they are an agency much like an independent creative agency with an environment and culture to match.

They are looking for a Production Artist to join the team.
This position is contract-to-hire for the right fit.

This contractor will join the other five Production Artists on staff to complete the team.

This Production position is different than design. This is not a creative, conceptual design role.

This position is taking the conceptual design that has already been created and executing.

This person will fine-tune, edit and prepare the design for output.

This team is the last stop before printing. This position works closely with the proofreaders to ensure error-free output.

This production artist team does many "straight production" projects.

For example: Client has a flyer already made, all that is needed to be updated is changing a paragraph within. Rather than involve the creative department, they would be responsible for completing the update and preparing for production or "output".

The is a extremely heavy workload right now so person will need to be able to prioritize their work and meet deadlines effectively.

Candidate needs to be professional and needs to be very progressive. The Hive uses an online project management system to track all of their work to various projects. The system also has a social media arm so person needs to be comfortable with social media and have knowledge of the concept and how to use.

Important: Someone that wants to be on the creative side of the house vs. production would get very bored with this role.

Let's get some great candidates for THE HIVE to review.

Thank you for your efforts. - KB
