Background on the role
The Diageo Consumer Insights team has invested in an archiving technology that will enable our company's employees to find insights from a large array of internal and external reports. Our technology can only effectively scan this corpus of information, however, if key metadata and other important document attributes are associated with each file. Our team requires an inquisitive and studious individual to help us code files so they are searchable.

Summary of responsibilities
• Effectively scan research reports for critical information
• Identify document attributes, based on pre-defined classification criteria
• Compose cogent, single-paragraph summaries of document contents
• Maintain consistent quality and volume of output

• College education, background in liberal arts, library science, communications, or marketing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, PC operative systems)
• Highly organized, methodical, and attentive to detail
• Ability to follow direction independently without constant supervision
• Professional demeanour
