The Reporting Analyst will support all areas of Human Resources including HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence for the purposes of providing accurate, timely and relevant data analysis to meet each department's diverse data needs.   A successful candidate will be comfortable with manipulating large data sets and working with HR and business leaders to provide reporting solutions that are visual, sustainable, and drive business value.
 
This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for using data to drive decision making in a corporate environment and is comfortable working autonomously and professionally to meet deadlines while striving to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Own reporting and data visualization; Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
  • Partners with internal customers to execute complex HR data analysis and translate into stories or recommendations.
  • Provide coaching and training on use of data and reporting tools.
  • Leverage technology to drive towards automated, self-service reporting.
  • Build strong partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders.
 
Skills:             Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3 years reporting experience
  • Experience with one or more reporting technologies: Workday report builder, BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, SAP business objects, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills; able to provide complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to compile and analyze large volumes of data from various sources.
  • Customer-focus mindset; Ability and eagerness to interact with customers.
  • Excitement and comfort working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve issues of varying complexity; Strategic mindset preferred.
  • Ability to identify, drive, and/or participate in process improvement activities.
  • Able to successfully and quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated/Proactive/Team-Player
  • Strive for a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the work they deliver.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3 years reporting experience
  • Experience with HR data & systems (e.g. Workday)
